Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be in-season baseball players between the ages of 15-17 who have been fully informed, understand, and consent to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for the study will be 1) those with a history of orthopedic surgery, 2) those who drop out during the intervention, and 3) those who drop out for personal reasons.
