Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult men and women aged 18 to 80 years old 2. Patient who underwent treatment and lumbar X-ray imaging at the Department of Neurosurgery in Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary's Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of surgery including prosthesis insertion, such as spinal fusion and screw fixation in lumbar 2. Patients with structural changes in the spine (e.g. tumor, fracture, sacralization, lumbalizaion, severe scoliosis, etc.) that make it impossible to generate biomarkers for Chuna manual therapy diagnosis 3. Patients who were considered inappropriate to participate in this study according to the judgment of the principal investigator
