Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing care workers and disabled activity support workers who works in home care facilities or institutional facilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nursing care workers and disabled activity support workers who participated in another research regarding care burden or efficacy of technology based care.
