Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants aged 18 to 82 years old. 2) Patients with histologically diagnosed solitary rectal adenocarcinoma located within 15cm from the anal verge. 3) Clinical stage before surgery: Stage 1 to Stage 3. 4) Patients eligible for laparoscopic surgery. 5) Individuals who voluntarily consented to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Clinical stage before surgery: Stage 4. 2) Presence of preoperative bowel obstruction or intestinal perforation. 3) Patients who undergo surgery on an emergency basis. 4) Patients with a history of previous malignancies or concurrent cancers in other locations. 5) Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis or hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer. 6) Individuals who do not wish to participate in the study. 7) Other cases where participation in the clinical trial is deemed impossible by the physician's judgment.
