Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Subjectively need online management of stress regardless of psychiatric diagnosis/treatment - Understand and agree to participate in the study as described in the informed consent form - Adults with a smartphone who are at least 19 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - People without smartphones - If a subject refuses to participate in the study after consent and during the course of the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Stress is measured by the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), which has the following thresholds 0-13 (low stress), 14-26 (moderate), 27-40 (perceived high stress).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety measured by the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7), depression measured by the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), and resilience measured by the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Measurement of bio-digital phenotypic data related to stress: HR, HRV, EDA, and sleep data using a smartwatch (fitbit charge 5).
