Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Healthy males in 20s and 30s -Subjects without pain in the shoulder joint, neck, and upper extremities -Subjects who can perform the shoulder external lateral rotation exercises without pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -History of shoulder pain -Neurological or musculoskeletal problems in neck or shoulder joint -Subjects with shoulder pain during external rotation exercise
