Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elite youth male soccer players aged 13-18 2) Involuntary ankle sprain with inflammation within 6 months prior to study entry, resulting in at least one day of training interruption 3) Cumberland ankle instability tool (CAIT) questionnaire less than 25 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Fracture or acute lower limb injury requiring surgery within 3 months prior to the study 2) Participation in ankle rehabilitation program within 3 months
