Others : After attaching a continuous glucose monitoring, eat three type of meals each with a carbohydrate ratio of 65%, 56%, and 44%, respectively.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A person who can voluntarily participate among adults aged 18 or older and can attach a continuous glucose monitoring for two weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person with skin inflammatory or skin disease A person who is diagnosed with metabolic diseases or taking medicine A person who have been scheduled for treatment with strong magnetic or electromagnetic radiation such as X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), and computed tomography(CT)
