Others(inhaling fir essential oil) : A diffuser containing fir essential oil was placed within 2 meters of their sleeping area, and they naturally inhaled the pine fragrance during sleep for one week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Women aged 45 to 55 - A person who has submitted a written consent in order to understand the purpose of the research and voluntarily participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - a patient undergoing treatment at a hospital - a patient with a hysterectomy - a patient undergoing hormone therapy - a patient undergoing medication for a psychiatric condition - a person who has a history of allergic reactions or multiple drug side effects - a person with a history of heart disease - a person with a bad sense of smell, such as rhinitis
