Inclusion criteria: 2003-2007 Health Checkup Subjects For Koreans aged 19-70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding chronic hepatitis B and C Excessive alcohol liver disease excluded (average of the past year, male 210g (3 bottles of soju), female 140g (2 bottles of soju) per week) Excluding previous liver cancer, other carcinomas, and cardio diseases Organ transplantation / Excluding deaths other than diseases (traffic accidents) If even one value such as AST, ALT, Platelet, Age, BMI (height, weight), IFG/Diabetes, Albumin, Globulin is missing

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
- The total mortality, liver disease-related mortality, and cardiovascular disease-related death for each indicator of SAFE, FIB-4, NFS, and APRI were checked, and whether there was a statistically significant difference was checked.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Confirmation of the statistically superior index in mortality by cause.
