Others(Mediterannean-style diet meal box ) : The Mediterranean-style diet meal box will be provided for a total of 28 meals (twice a day for 14 days) for all participants.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants aged 20 years or older at the time of signing the consent form 2) Individuals with a triglyceride level of 200mg/dl or higher in a blood test conducted within the past 3 months. (For those currently taking medication for dyslipidemia, they are considered eligible only if their medication dosage was not changed recently.) 3) Patients who can understand and communicate in Korean

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who do not consent to this study 2) Those who cannot respond to the survey on their own or for whom the survey is not feasible 3) Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers 4) Individuals with allergies to seafood or peanuts, etc.
