Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First, patients who are over 20 years old undergo bipolar hip arthroplasty and total hip replacement surgery under spinal anesthesia. Secondly, patients classified as class 1 to 3 by the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude if any of the following criteria apply. - Refusal to consent to spinal anesthesia, sedation, and participation in research - If the patient has been switched to general anesthesia before the surgery is completed - If the patient has been chronically prescribed narcotic analgesics - Excluding patients with diabetes, coagulation disorders, or infections at the injection site - Patients with severe endocrine, cardiovascular, or respiratory diseases (criteria: high risk based on preoperative consultation results) - History of psychiatric illness and cognitive impairment - Other cases where the researcher deems the patient unsuitable
