Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? People with physical disabilities who can perform muscle training (pre-verified by researchers) - For people with spinal cord injuries (AIS) A to D ? For example, in the case of AISA, measurements are made only within the range of muscle strength, and missing data are post-processed in future data analysis - 19 years of age or older (patients using hospitals and people with disabilities in the community, etc.) - A person who can operate a manual wheelchair by himself - A person who can understand and understand the instructions of the researcher and perform them on his/her own - A person who understands the purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study by himself/herself and his/her guardian ? a non-disabled person - adults over the age of 19 - Healthy non-disabled people who agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? a physically handicapped person - A person who cannot operate a wheelchair on a daily basis - Cardiovascular and musculoskeletal disorders that may affect physical activity ? ? Severe Shoulder pain, Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, Frequenct autonomic dysleflexia - - MAS(Modified Ashworth Scale for spasticity) 3 - Person who has not completed the consent form - A person who can have a medical negative effect on the body due to physical activity ? Elderly persons who are unable to exercise resistance, pregnant women, etc - A person who is deemed difficult to participate in clinical research by other researchers ? a non-disabled person - Hospitalization or surgery due to an accident within the last 6 months - a person with physical and mental problems
