Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Third grade students in a middle school 2) Students who has obtained parental consent and their own approval for study participation 3) Students with no hearing or vision impairments, who can read and comprehend text, and are capable of communication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Students who do not consent to participate in this study 2) Students with a medical condition requiring hospital treatment or counseling related to body image 3) Students with physical or emotional disabilities which make it difficult to understand educational content and engage in discussions 4) Students who have received education related to body image within the past month 5) Students with experience in the BodyThink program-based body image promotion education
