Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly women aged 65 and above who are in good health without any disruptions to their daily lives

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Participants in other clinical studies within the last 3 months, musculo skeletal injury, as well as cardiovascular, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and/or thyroid diseases.
