Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who required bilateral total knee arthroplasty with hemoglobin level above 10g/dl and below 16g/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hemoglobin levels below 10 g/dl or above 16 g/dl, patients with coagulation or bleeding disorders, and patients previously treated with iron medications, and allergic reactions to iron medications
