Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Family caregiver (main guardian or legal guardian) of a person aged 65 years or older who has been diagnosed with dementia according to a doctor's note 2) Those who have a clear state of consciousness and can communicate 3) A person who understands the purpose of the study and agrees to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: When it is confirmed that the risks (side effects) caused by participation in the research will cause serious harm to the subject, or when it is judged that the research cannot be conducted due to unexpected risks (side effects) and inconveniences
