Inclusion criteria: 1) Undergoing nasal bone fracture surgery 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) patients with severe diseases (heart, liver, kiney, etc.), ii) psychological or neurological disorders, ii) pregnancy or breast feeding, iv) body mass index >30 kg/m2 v) chronic use of analgesics, hypersensitivity to experimental drugs,
