Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were (1) out-of-school youth aged 12–24 years, (2) access to the program via a computer or mobile device, and (3) an understanding of the purpose of the study and voluntary consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were those who were diagnosed with severe mental illnesses such as hallucinations or delusions and intellectual disabilities such as mental retardation.
