Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are at least 18 years old and under 80 years old 2. Patients with thyroid nodules measuring 1.0 - 3.0 cm who are scheduled for thyroid lobectomy or thyroid lobectomy with central compartment lymph node dissection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous thyroid or neck surgery. 2. Suspected injury to the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve (EBSLN) or recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) before or during the surgery
