Procedure/Surgery : - Group 1: Root canal filling with AH plus sealer - Group 2 : Root canal filling with Endoseal MTA - Group 3 : Root canal filling with White Endoseal MTA

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Mature permanent teeth requiring root canal treatment - teeth ready for root canal filling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A mentally and physically weak person with a communication disability - a generalized patient with difficulty in dental treatment - teeth associated with periodontal pocket extending beyond the apical third of root - Crack - Teeth that do not produce an "APEX" sign during treatment in the case of re-treatment - patients who took analgesics within 24 h before the treatment -teeth with canals that cannot negotiate within 2 mm of the radiographic apex
