Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for participants in this study are: 1) Adults aged 19 or older, 2) Those who understand the purpose of the research and agree to participate, and 3) Those who have no difficulty understanding education based on videos.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not meet the inclusion criteria.
