Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection, CDI Among the patient group, individuals who are 60 years of age or older and have concomitant progressive cognitive impairment (such as Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, cortical basal degeneration, etc.) are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnant or potentially pregnant patients during the study period. - Patients with severe systemic diseases deemed inappropriate by the investigator. - Patients who do not consent to participate in the study. - Individuals with impaired cognitive function, making them unable to undergo tests such as MMSE.
