Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults between the ages of 20 and 65 who have undergone cardiovascular procedures due to myocardial infarction and angina pectoris 2) Android smartphone users

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) previous cardiovascular disease and cardiovascular surgery 2) Apple iPhone users or those who do not have a smartphone 3) difficulty in actively participating in sports due to brain disease, musculoskeletal disease, or other diseases 4) taking medication for mental illness such as depression or insomnia 5) difficulty in setting the exercise intensity by heart rate due to arrhythmia 6) difficulty in participating in the exercise program for other reasons
