Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patient: Colorectal cancer patient who visited for post-surgical follow-up management - Caregiver: Family caregiver of the colorectal cancer patient - Age: Adults aged 18 years and above - Individuals capable of providing voluntary consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with cognitive impairment and mental disorders such as dementia - Individuals who have difficulty communicating due to the severity of their condition
