Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age limit is 20-29 years old for the young group and 60-69 years old for the old group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who have applied or taken steroids or antibiotics within 2 weeks - Women who are pregnant or lactating and women who may become pregnant - People with chronic diseases that can affect the skin environment, such as diabetes and skin diseases
