Inclusion criteria: Mother-child pairs with live births from 2007 through 2018 matched with health insurance identification numbers in the NHIS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Beginning of pregnancy could not be accurately estimated 1. Maternal delivery code not recorded as primary diagnosis during child’s birth year 2. Preterm delivery 3. Postterm delivery
