Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult women in their 20s and 30s with premenstrual syndrome and dysmenorrhea 2) If you can understand the participation in the research and can participate in the research voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cases with a history of surgery in the abdomen and pelvic region, and a history of treatment due to diseases of the urogenital system such as the bladder, urethra, uterus, cervix, and ovaries 2) If there is a medical history of respiratory system and digestive system within the last 6 months 3) If there is a medical history of back pain or pelvic pain within the last 6 months 4) If deformity or deformation of the lumbar spine and pelvis is confirmed through imaging 5) If there is a restriction in the movement of the body
