Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are planned to undergo thyroidectomy and aged 19 to 55 years old 2. T1 or T2 thyroid cancer or benign thyroid nodule smaller than 4cm 3. BMI 18.5 to 30.0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who require lateral neck lymph node dissection Pregnancy uncontrolled DM Chronic kidney disease Previous neck surgery history Graves' disease Chronic alcoholics Vocal cord palsy patient Patients who enrolled another clinical trial in 30 days Patients who cannot complete questionnaires Patients who have underlying disease that clinicians consider limit study enrollment.
