Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forward head and rounded shoulder posture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who had experience of shoulder surgery, those who had limited movement due to shoulder pain, and those who had pain in the neck or back were excluded. Table 1 shows the demographic information of all subjects
