Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) A patient who visited Konkuk University Medical Center, Hanyang University Hospital, and Samsung Seoul Medical Center after January 01, 2006 with a complaint of cognitive decline. 2) Patients who underwent basic tests (neuropsychological test, brain imaging, blood test) for cognitive decline evaluation. 3) A person suspected of cognitive decline due to a degenerative disease based on the test results 4) A person who is 18 years of age or older and has given written consent to this clinical trial from the person and their legal representative
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who met the diagnostic criteria for each patient group but did not agree to the research consent form 2) Patients with severe medical diseases as complications 3) Subjects with immunological diseases 4) Patients with contraindications to imaging/nuclear medicine examinations such as MRI and PET 5) Patients with contraindications to cerebrospinal fluid examination : Skin infection near the site of the lumbar puncture. Suspicion of increased intracranial pressure due to a cerebral mass.
