Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Relatively healthy sedentary individuals (no exercise within 3 months) - Standard physique for Korean males in their 20s (height: 174?±?5?cm, weight: 74?±?4?kg) - No allergies to dairy or lactose intolerance, no alcohol consumption within the last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Smoking within the last 3?months - Alcohol consumption within the last 3?months - Regular exercise within the last 3?months - Any congenital carbohydrate metabolism disorder such as allergy to dairy or lactose intolerance - Liver disease - Diabetes mellitus
