Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult aged 65 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients on long-term steroid treatment. 2) Patients with cognitive impairments making communication difficult. 3) Patients undergoing dialysis due to chronic kidney disease. 4) Patients with complications (such as ascites) caused by liver cirrhosis. 5) Patients with a life expectancy of less than one year.
