Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Atrial fibrillation patients aged 20 years or older who need non-cardiac surgery for more than 1 hour under general anesthesia (Patients aged 20 years or older) - ASA class II - III - A person who consented to the clinical trial and signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Cardiac conduction disorder (atrioventricular block, heart block) - If bradycardia of less than 50 beats per minute is confirmed - Patients participating in other studies at the same time - When regional wall motion abnormality is observed on echocardiography - If there is a history of side effects due to the use of the above anesthetic or contraindication (a patient who is expected to have an allergic reaction to the above drug) - A person who is judged to be inappropriate to participate in a clinical trial according to the judgment of the researcher
