Procedure/Surgery : Patients are randomly divided into groups with head elevation and neutral group. After inducing general anesthesia, a pillow that matches the height of the external auditory meatus

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18 years old and under 80 years old undergoing elective neurointervention under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not agree to participate in study Patients who have high aspiration tendency or high bleeding risk Patients with upper airway disease or cervical spine disease Patients with a history of upper airway or cervical spine teatment Patients at high risk of tooth damage
