Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria MCI was based on a) Scoring between 20 and 23 points on the Ko-rean version of the MMSE, suggesting the presence of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). b) No significant impairment in social or occupational activities, indicating an absence of dementia c) Self-reported subjective decline in cognitive function, which was also con-firmed by a family member. d) Objective evidence of cognitive deficits compared to indi-viduals of the same age and educational level (at least 1.5 standard deviation lower) in one or more formal cognitive tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: a) evidence of specific abnormalities in the brain, such as focal brain lesions, as detected by head MRI or head CT., and b) a history of mental illness or substance abuse before the onset of dementia. c) Complications of other neurological dis-eases or illnesses. d) Use of antipsychotics, antidepressants, or anxiolytic drugs
