Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1] FMT group 1. Men and women over 18 years of age 2. Patients who do not respond to anti TNF agents for more than 3 months 3. UC is detected [2] Control group 1. Men and women over 18 years of age 2. Patients who do not respond to anti TNF agents for more than 3 months 3. UC is detected 4. FMT treatment is rejected but those who agree to participate in this study as a control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need urgent treatment such as acute infectious diseases. 2. Patients with the disease-causing severe immunosuppression. 3. Pregnant women 4. Patients to be inappropriate for the study when judged by the researchers
