Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female call center employees who are currently smoking. Current smoking was defined as self-reports of smoking 100 or more cigarettes in their lifetime and at least one cigarette per day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who quit the call center job
