Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High grade rotational instability 2. Generalized laxity 3. Young patients who will return to professional sports 4. Chronic instability (over 12 months) 5. Segond fracture 6. Lateral femoral condyle contusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Over ASA grade 3 2. Fractures that required open reduction and internal fixation 3. Previous knee surgery history 4. Multiple ligament injury 5. Concomitant other surgery such as HTO 6. ACL revision 7. Under Pivot shift grade 1
