Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? International diagnostic guidelines for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in the United States/Europe/Japan/South America revised in 2018 ? resident of the metropolitan area ? Pulmonary function test satisfies FVC 40%-80% prediction or DLCO 30-80%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? under the age of 50 ? a current smoker
