Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1] FMT group 1. Men and women over 18 years of age 2. Patients who was finally diagnosed as irritable bowel syndrome [2] Control group 1. Men and women over 18 years of age 2. Patients who was finally diagnosed as irritable bowel syndrome 3. FMT treatment is rejected but those who agree to participate in this study as a control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need urgent treatment such as acute infectious diseases. 2. Patients with the disease-causing severe immunosuppression. 3. Pregnant women 4. Patients to be inappropriate for the study when judged by the researchers
