Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 60 and above. 2. Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily provide written consent as participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with untreated serious medical conditions in internal medicine. 2. Individuals with severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders accompanied by uncontrolled pain. 3. Individuals who have difficulty with independent walking. 4. Individuals deemed ineligible for clinical research participation by the researchers due to other reasons such as cognitive impairment or functional disabilities.
