Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy adults under 65 years of age with no specific diseases (2) trained group with mind-body intervention People who are familiar with the intervention methods, as they have experienced the mind-body intervention used in the study at least 5 times. (3) novice group with mind-body intervention People who have not experienced the mind-body intervention used in the study and have not performed breathing, yoga, meditation, or qigong in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) people with current mental health symptoms
