Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Menopausal women 2. Aged between 40 and 65 years old 3. Individuals with a Kupperman index score of 10 or higher, indicating the severity of menopausal symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or alcohol and substance use disorders 2. Individuals who have been diagnosed with depressive disorder before the onset of menopause
