Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - members of the Korean Triathlon Association and have a minimum of one year of competitive experience in triathlon events

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any injuries to the musculoskeletal system cardiovascular, or pulmonary diseases
