Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent orthopedic surgery below the pelvis (knee, femur, hip and pelvis) under spinal anesthesia between January 2020 and November 2022 Elderly patients aged 65 or older Patients who underwent sedation with remimazolam or dexmedetomidine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - In case of cognitive dysfunction before surgery - In case the medical record is incomplete - If the hospitalization period after surgery is less than 5 days
