Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly people in the community aged 55 to 84 years old 2. Subjects with mild cognitive impairment of 6 or more points in the Korean Cognitive Disorder Test (KDSQ-C) or 9 or less points in the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A person who has difficulty walking independently due to serious visual field defects, fractures, brain diseases, etc 2. A person who had a musculoskeletal history that could cause physical problems such as fractures within six months before recruitment 3. A person who is unable to understand and voluntarily agree to participate in research due to severe cognitive decline 4. Those who are accompanied by existing serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder 5. Those who are prohibited from MRI scans due to artificial heart attack, claustrophobia, and insertion of cranial metal objects
