Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients over 19 years old who are indications for tracheostomy ? Patients in stable intensive care unit with mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients under the age of 19 ? Patients who had previous cervical surgery/irradiation history/ previous tracheostomy ? Tracheostomy in emergency situations ? Patients at risk of bleeding, patients who cannot stop anticoagulant treatment ? Patients with a large mass in the foreground
