Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients with ASA class 3 or higher who can give voluntary consent (20-80 years old)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 kg/m2 or less than 20 kg/m2 Patients with contraindications to the study drug, such as allergies or known adverse reactions to the drug Patients with hearing impairments or other conditions that make it challenging for them to respond to verbal commands from the researchers Patients who are unable to provide voluntary consent
