Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older 2. Caregiver of a patient admitted to the ICU at Boramae Hospital during the study period. 3. within 72 hours of ICU admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients under the age of 18 2. those with physical and mental conditions that make it difficult to read and answer the questionnaire
